food as an art

i was scrolling through different recipes on some of my  favorite recipe sites trying to figure out how to fix a problem i had with one of my "monsters" i was making. And the more i looked the more i started to realize that these food sites were almost like a mini art gallery. Each one set up and thought of before the were snapped. in class today my teacher was talking about "previsualizing" was the first step on taking a photo, which is exactly what they do in every one of their photos.
